Acorda Therapeutics is a major biotechnical company founded in 1995. Acorda Therapeutics offers tailored therapy programs that are aimed specifically at restoring neurological function and providing relief in conditions such as spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and Spasticity.
Zanaflex was launched by Acorda Therapeutics in 1996. It is a short-acting medication for the treatment of Spasticity and should not be used on a regular basis. Zanaflex is available in tablet and capsule form.
Eligibility
National Organization for Rare Disorders provides Acorda Therapeutics patient assistance program. NORD offers an one year supply of Zanaflex at no cost to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:

After filling out the enrollment form please bring the form to your doctor for proper signatures and procedures. Do not forget a self stamped envelope for them to mail in your application to the program.
