Summary
The Medicines Company is a leading developer of pharmaceutical products used to improve hospital care. Formed in 1996, The Medicines Company has grown to over 250 employees and produced three products: Angiomax, Clevidipine, and Cangrelor.
Angiomax is an anitcoagulant launched by The Medicines Company in 2002. Angiomax has been approved by the FDA for use in patients undergoing coronary angioplasty procedures. Angiomax is administered as an injection.
Eligibility
Angiomax Patient Financial Assistance Program , a patient assistance program provided by The Medicine Companys, offers Angiomax at no cost to those who are eligible for the program. Eligibility is based off of the following requirements:
You must not be covered by private or public health insurance.
You must be a citizen of the United States or its Territories.
You must have already received the medication, as this is a hospital replacement program.
You must meet an undisclosed income guideline.
The medication must be sent to the physicians office or hospital.
